1. About Cover Easy

Cover Easy is a New Zealand marketing service that introduces consumers to licensed insurance advisers. We are not an insurer and we do not provide financial advice.

2. No financial advice

Nothing on this website constitutes financial advice. Any information on covereasy.co.nz is general in nature. Personalised advice is provided by the licensed insurance adviser you are introduced to, who is a Financial Advice Provider listed on the Financial Service Provider Register and regulated by the Financial Markets Authority. That adviser will provide their own Disclosure Statement and FSP number as required by law.

3. Using the site

You may use this site to submit your details so we can match you with one licensed adviser. You must provide accurate information and only submit details for yourself. You must be 18 or older to submit an enquiry.

4. Contact consent

By submitting and verifying your details you agree to be contacted by phone, SMS or email by a licensed insurance adviser. You can opt out of contact at any time by asking the adviser directly.

5. Eligibility and underwriting

Eligibility for cover and premiums are set by insurers and are subject to underwriting, including exclusions or loadings for pre-existing conditions. We do not guarantee that any particular cover, price or outcome will be available.

6. Our relationship with advisers

Once you obtain advice from an adviser, your relationship is with that adviser. We are not responsible for the advice they give, the policies they recommend, or the conduct of that adviser.

7. Intellectual property

The content on this site, including copy, logos and design, is owned by Cover Easy or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written consent.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of the site or from acting (or not acting) on any information on the site.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
